(2) When I click on the Thumbnailer icon, I get the dialog box asking what formats to read. If thumbnails ARE included as part of the Essentials program, can I get a refund on Thumbnailer? Is this because Essentials INCLUDES thumbnails of the designs as part of the program OR is it because I also bought Thumbnailer? If thumbnails are included as part of Essentials, then I bought Thumbnailer by mistake and don't need it. When I use Essentials, I can see thumbnails of the designs.
